Recipe for Habenero Hot Salsa Verde

This is an amazing simple recipe and yet SO good as a condiment or salsa. It is VERY hot if you use a whole unseeded habenero (which I do). To make less hot seed the habenero.

1 can non or low fat chicken broth
4-5 large tomatillo's or 6-8 small ones
teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 to 1 cup chopped onion, to taste
juice of one or two key limes (preferred) or half to whole of persian lime, to taste
1 clove garlic
1 ripe habenero

Take skin off of tomatillo's and boil in the chicken broth until soft. Discard chicken broth. Put tomatillo's, salt, habenero pepper and garlic into food processor and process until liquid (the seeds from the tomatillos and habenero will not liquify). Place into a container and add the onion and lime juice. Enjoy!
